– We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, mobile money, and pay on delivery for selected areas within Nairobi.
– Prices listed on our website are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

NB: We do not allow cash payments. (Only Mpesa & bank payments) 

2. Shipping and Delivery:

– We strive to process and dispatch orders in a timely manner. However, please allow up to 24 hours for processing before your order is shipped.
– Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Nairobi and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
– Femme Posh Collection is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by external factors such as customs clearance or courier service disruptions.

3. Returns and Exchanges:

– Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy on returns and exchanges for hygiene reasons.
– We do not accept returns or exchanges on lingerie, swimwear, or intimate apparel unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
– In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team upon receiving of your order to initiate a return or exchange process.
– All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
– Returns and exchanges are subject to approval by Femme Posh Collection and may be subject to restocking fees.
